For more than 20 years, Tracy co-owned and co-managed several construction and land development companies, building them from the ground up. She also worked as a licensed REALTOR® for several years before discovering her passion for assisting individuals, small businesses, and families to ensure their future needs are met.
Long-term care is personal for Tracy. She has plenty of caregiving experience, having raised two sons while also being the primary care provider for sick and aging family members. Tracy understands the stress that comes along with finding and providing care, especially when there aren’t already plans in place. She has firsthand knowledge of why it’s vital to plan for the future, not just for retirement but also the need for extended care.
